Mandala Wellness Spa’s Refund Policy

Treatments – If you are unhappy with any treatment please let us know. We will have a nurse speak with you and upon the nurse’s evaluation, we will refund your money or provide you with another treatment should they deem it appropriate.

Mandala Juice Bar – Any item purchased at our Juice bar that you are unhappy with, you can receive an immediate refund or a replacement for that item.

Spa Products – Any products purchased in our Spa can be returned for a refund within 30 days with a receipt.

Mandala Memberships – Should you find that you are unhappy with your membership we will be happy to cancel it for you. Memberships are non-refundable and will incur a $25 fee for processing the cancellation. At the one-year mark, you will be emailed and called to discuss a renewal. If no contact is made you will be re-enrolled in the membership for the following year.

Vitamin & Supplement Products

Our return policy allows you to return products to the store or by mail within 30 days of receipt, subject to a few exceptions. Kindly note that Return on Products will occur a $15.00 restocking fee. We charge $10 processing fee if the order is cancelled & the product is not yet shipped.

Manufacturer Defects:

Manufacturer defects are not the responsibility of the pharmacy and as such would not be eligible for a refund. In these cases, requests should be directed to the product manufacturer.

Custom made, personalized, and altered items:

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on custom made or altered items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law.

Other Requests:

All other requests must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Item is unopened and you ordered the wrong item by mistake
  • Item is new with original packaging and accessories
  • Item was received damaged
  • An incorrect item was shipped

If your return request meets one of the above conditions you may elect to return the item(s) in one of the following ways:

Mail Returns:

We will work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund(minus shipping*) are processed accurately. We cannot guarantee a credit for items returned without prior store notification by by online form submission and confirmation from us. Shipping fees/arrangements for return items are the responsibility of the customer. After confirming with our store please ship returned items along with the invoice to:
